During the summer of 1692, a terrible thing happened in Salem, Mass . . .

 Good Afternoon,

That terrible thing was the 1692 Salem Witch Trials.  Have you ever wanted to learn more about this sad, tragic time in our country's history? Well, you can!  Come with me and  the Witches of Enchantments to Salem, Mass this September 8th.  That Sunday we caravan to beautiful sea side Salem, Massachusetts to learn more about the victims and the accusers of the summer of 1692.

I have been studying this time in history for over 30 years now and when we get to Salem, I will meet you all at the 1692 Victim's memorial and conduct a lecture detailing the events and a bit of the lives of those involved in the witch trials.

At the conclusion of the lecture we hold a memorial ceremony with a bell rung and a flower placed on each bench engraved with the name and date of each victim hanged. We send blessings to their spirits and then we proceed on our way. Everyone can participate in the memorial ceremony.

After the lecture we all lunch together at a lovely restaurant nearby and then I bring you to Pickering Wharf, the part of Salem where witch shops are authentic and run by real witches like us!

I like to conduct this lecture and tour in September as October is just a bit crazy in Salem. According to Salem's Chamber of Commerce they are visited in the month of October alone, with over 400,000 visitors. That's not a typo! Almost a half million people, in a tiny, little sea side village. It does tend to get a bit crowded and the lines become long and tedious. Though it is a carnival atmosphere one will find in Salem in October, I enjoy having the village all to ourselves when we go in September.

I hope you will choose to go with us this year, as I would love to see familiar faces again and to meet new people. I look forward to seeing you there!

Peace and Happiness
